Just 15 months ago, in April 2024, Arlo and Chris took a leap of faith and stepped from behind the counter as employees to the helm of The iLab. Having worked here since the very day the store opened, we’d seen every repair, every return customer, and every bustling weekend—yet nothing prepared us for the responsibility and joy of becoming business owners.
